  • Water (not included)

Cooking Directions (Stovetop)

  • Cook- Sauté Tomato and Add Spice Mix – In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the tomato and spice mix, cook until the tomato softens.
  • Add Water & Lentils – Add water and lentils; bring to a boil.
  • Simmer – Cover and simmer on low-to-medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until the lentils are tender.
  • Finish – Stir in ghee or add salt to taste (optional).
