- Making weeknight meals for our kids inspired us to start, we needed to be quicker!
- All our friends love our dal, it’s become a staple dish at potlucks and parties!
- In an over-processed and microwaved world, we believe that people still like to cook at home
Our Timeline
- Summer 2024: We got the idea!
- Fall 2024: We started trying minimum viable products at a few small local markets
- Spring 2025: Let’s get serious and commit to growing the product
- Summer 2025: Launch! We’re beginning to make connections with retailers and growing our brand in the best way possible, word of mouth!
